HELVELLA PITYOPHILA


Espèce: Helvella pityophila Boudier.

Synonymes: Helvella crispa variété pityophila (Boudier)Donadini.

Noms_communs: Helvelle crépue des pins. Allem: Herbst Lorchel.

Chapeau: 2-5 cm de haut, en forme de selle, à trois lobes réfléchis, convoluté au centre, à marge non fixée au pied, ochracé dessus et un peu plus foncé dessous.

Pied: 4-8 x 1-2,5 cm, ochracé à cendré olivâtre pâle, creux, à côtes serrées et plus ou moins anastomosées.

Chair: cassante, mince, blanchâtre à ochracée pâle.

Spores: elliptiques, 17-22 x 12-13 µ.

Observations: médiocre comestible après cuisson; dangereux cru.
